The nature of Yang in winter, cold, all things closed for concealment, the most conducive to the body Yang and kidney essence closed for concealment. At the same time, it is cold outdoors in winter, people move less and eat more, the absorption function of the human body is strong, and the synthesis metabolism is strong, which can well nourish Yang qi and nourish qi.
