El Afiliado dirigir\u00e1 el tr\u00e1fico de Internet al sitio web de la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA y solicitar\u00e1 pedidos de sus productos.<\/p><h3><strong>Descripci\u00f3n de Servicios:<\/strong><\/h3><p>A partir de la fecha de la firma de este acuerdo, el Afiliado proporcionar\u00e1 los siguientes servicios (colectivamente, los \u201cServicios\u201d):<\/p><ul><li>Marketing y promoci\u00f3n del sitio web y plataformas de redes sociales de la empresa.<\/li><li>Redacci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos, carteles o v\u00eddeos cortos relacionados con la salud y el bienestar para su difusi\u00f3n online.<\/li><li>Otros servicios creativos para atraer tr\u00e1fico a la presencia online de la empresa.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ejecuci\u00f3n de Servicios:<\/strong> El Afiliado determinar\u00e1 la forma en que se prestar\u00e1n los Servicios y las horas espec\u00edficas que trabajar\u00e1. La COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA confiar\u00e1 en que el Afiliado trabajar\u00e1 tantas horas como sean razonablemente necesarias para cumplir con las obligaciones del Afiliado en virtud de este Acuerdo.<\/p><p><strong>Pagos de comisiones:<\/strong> La COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA realizar\u00e1 pagos de comisiones al Afiliado en base a lo siguiente:<\/p><ul><li>El veinte por ciento (20%) de las ventas brutas de productos de salud y bienestar vendidos provienen de ventas directas.<\/li><li>Cinco por ciento (5%) de las ventas de la l\u00ednea descendente inmediata y de las l\u00edneas descendentes de tercer nivel.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Derecho a inspeccionar:<\/strong> El Afiliado tendr\u00e1 derecho a inspeccionar los registros de la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA con el prop\u00f3sito limitado de verificar el c\u00e1lculo de los pagos de comisiones.<\/p><p><strong>Muerte:<\/strong> Si el Afiliado muere durante el plazo de este Acuerdo, el Afiliado tendr\u00e1 derecho a recibir pagos totales o parciales de comisiones por el per\u00edodo que finalice con la fecha de su muerte.<\/p><p><strong>Reembolso de gastos:<\/strong> Los afiliados pagar\u00e1n todos los gastos \u201cde bolsillo\u201d y no tendr\u00e1n derecho a reembolso por parte de la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA.<\/p><p><strong>T\u00e9rmino\/Terminaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Este Acuerdo terminar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente una vez que el Afiliado complete los Servicios requeridos por este Acuerdo.<\/p><p><strong>Relaci\u00f3n de las partes:<\/strong> El Afiliado es un contratista independiente con respecto a la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA, y no un empleado de la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA.<\/p><p><strong>Mediaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Si surge una controversia entre las Partes, \u00e9stas proceder\u00e1n primero de buena fe a someter el asunto a mediaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Arbitraje:<\/strong> Si la mediaci\u00f3n no tiene \u00e9xito, cualquier controversia o reclamaci\u00f3n se someter\u00e1 exclusivamente a arbitraje final y vinculante.<\/p><p><strong>Empleados:<\/strong> Los empleados del Afiliado, si los hubiera, que presten servicios para la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA bajo este Acuerdo tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n sujetos a las disposiciones de este Acuerdo.<\/p><p><strong>Confidencialidad:<\/strong> El Afiliado se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de la informaci\u00f3n de propiedad de la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA.<\/p><p><strong>Acuerdo completo:<\/strong> Este Acuerdo contiene el acuerdo completo de las partes y reemplaza cualquier acuerdo previo escrito u oral.<\/p><p><strong>Enmienda:<\/strong> Este Acuerdo podr\u00e1 ser modificado o enmendado si la enmienda se realiza por escrito y est\u00e1 firmada por ambas partes.<\/p><p><strong>Divisibilidad:<\/strong> Si alguna disposici\u00f3n de este Acuerdo se considera inv\u00e1lida o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes seguir\u00e1n siendo v\u00e1lidas y aplicables.<\/p><p><strong>Renuncia al derecho contractual:<\/strong> El hecho de que cualquiera de las partes no haga cumplir alguna disposici\u00f3n de este Acuerdo no se interpretar\u00e1 como una renuncia.<\/p><p><strong>Ley aplicable:<\/strong> Este Acuerdo se regir\u00e1 por las leyes del Estado de Maryland (donde se encuentra la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA, o el Estado de Wyoming (donde est\u00e1 registrada la COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA), o el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito de Maryland o el Distrito de Wyoming son los lugares exclusivos para litigios que surjan de este Acuerdo.<\/p><p><strong>Firmas:<\/strong> Este Acuerdo se considera legalmente firmado despu\u00e9s de marcar la casilla \"Aceptar el Acuerdo de Afiliaci\u00f3n\" en <a href=\"https:\/\/we-r-health.com\/es\/register\/\">https:\/\/we-r-health.com\/register<\/a> P\u00e1gina del solicitante afiliado.
