1. What is Earthing?

Earthing or grounding refers to the process connecting our body to the Earth, bring a neutral/balanced state inside for better health status.

Industrialization and modernization expose us to more electromagnetic field (EMF), radiation, Wifi, while high-raising building and rubber shoes lead us away from the Earth, which create more health hazard, inflammation, diseases and health problems!  In direct contact with earth, grounding, your body becomes suffused with negative charged free electrons and balances itself out.
