Overview on BW Massage Shoes with Different Therapeutic Insoles

      • Comfort version of the insoles massage shoes

        • The first generation of insoles massage shoes

      The first-generation insoles have utilized most technology in breath-walker shoes and major plantar zone points for health maintenance. Applying modern shoemaking technology, combined with the principle of Chinese medicine plantar reflexology the insoles set up more than 300 massage points, plus 20+ key massage reflex areas. Every step is a massage for healing. 

      The first-generation insoles are standard accessory for most breath -walker shoes. This product can mainly play the role of foot massage for preventive health, although It has good therapeutic effects on lowering blood pressure after wearing. 

      Due to personal physical differences, when wearing the first-generation massage insoles for the first time, there may be a reaction of “pain due to not through”.  You may wear a few hours a day or start with comfort version of insole.

          • The second-generation insoles

        Based on the first-generation insole the second-generation insoles strengthen the following acupoints: stomach, head, pancreas, thyroid reflex area, and added the eye reflex area. It has good therapeutic effects on lowering blood sugar and brightening eye after wearing.

        The second-generation massage insole has a strong wearing response, it is recommended to wear the first-generation insole for 1-3 months and then use the second generation of massage insole to gradually adapt for health purposes.

            • The third-generation insoles

          On the basis of the second-generation insole: the third-generation insoles reinforce the following acupoints: head, pancreas, gonad, bladder reflex area, and added hip and sciatic nerve reflex area.

          Note: The third-generation insole has a strong wearing response, it is recommended to wear the first-generation insole for 1-3 months before use of the third-generation insole to gradually adapt.

              • Foot-Fixer Insole (for Flat feet and others)

            People might develop flat feet or heel bone skew for various seasons, such as congenital cause, shoe heel is too soft, wrapping is not strong, insole is too flat, and long-time running or walking damage these cause will lead to arch deformation, resulting in flat feet, heel bone skew and so on.  Our foot-fixer insole is specially designed to correct the problems and result a therapeutic outcome after wearing.

            The feet-fixer insoles take use of the foot biomechanics, apply U-shaped design for solid back heel and provide arch support to reduce injury of flat foot. Those with flat feet may walk five times more distance after wearing the foot-fixer insole.  It has been credited as type I and type II medical device in China, and they are well perceived by patients with flat feet and heel bone skew.

            Some Important Notes on Wearing Response

            1. Possible pain during wearing massage shoes

            Traditional Chinese medicine believes that: pain is due to qi blockage, the free flow channel will get rid of pain. With blocked qi starting wear massage shoes may feel plantar acid, swelling, or pain, according to the severity of the problem, the reaction will be different. In this case, please refer to the comparison chart of the plantar reflex area to find the corresponding reflex area, so that you can understand which part of your body has a problem.

            Use suggestions: Reduce the wearing time in the early stage, gradually increase from wearing shoes for 30 minutes a day, and the pain will disappear naturally after the meridian dredging in 5-10 days.

            2.  Pre-caution Groups (Not appropriate for massage shoes)

            a,  Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, people who have done major cardiac surgery (with pacemakers or stents);

            b, Pregnant women and menstrual women

            c, Foot trauma, edema, skin damage or wound healing difficulties (such as diabetic foot, etc.);

            d. Patients with various active bleeding and bleeding tendency

            e.  Patients with other major diseases such as myocardial infarction, late-stage cancer, etc.

            It is recommended to wear a comfortable version of the insole to start with.

            3.  About plantar heat and sweating

            The sole of the foot is at the lowest place in the human body, moisture and toxins are deposited in the sole all year round. Under the massage of the magnet, the blood circulation of the sole is accelerated, which will make the sole heat and sweat, and moisture and toxins will be quickly discharged from the sole.

            Use suggestions: Please prepare 2 pairs of healthy shoes to replace in turn, and often take out the insole to dry (not in the sun) to avoid too much moisture in the shoes, at this stage, the moisture in the shoes is too heavy, the insole is prone to wear is normal, at this time, please replace the shoes in time.

            4. Cleaning

            If the insoles are too dirty, wash them with water and wipe them with a soft brush. Do not soak them in water and sun for a long time. If the insoles are soaked by perspiration on the sole, let them dry in a ventilated place.
